Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we take 1–2 business days to prepare and pack it before it's handed over for delivery.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 10–15 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location within the Maldives:

• Male' & Greater Male' Region: Typically delivered toward the earlier end of the 10–15 day window.
• Atolls & Outer Islands: May take slightly longer, as delivery depends on inter-island ferry, speedboat, or domestic flight schedules.

Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, we'll notify you with tracking details so you can follow its progress. You can check your order status anytime on our Track My Order page. If you need further help, feel free to email us with your order number.

Possible Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery window, please note that deliveries to the Maldives can occasionally be affected by:

• Weather conditions affecting inter-island ferry or flight schedules
• Public holidays and religious observances
• Customs clearance for certain items
• High order volumes during sale periods

We appreciate your patience in these situations and will keep you updated if any significant delay occurs.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you've chosen Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount ready for our delivery partner at the time of delivery.
